Shipping policy

Back Beach Co will send out orders from the warehouse on the same day for all orders placed before 2pm from Melbourne.
All orders will receive a unique tracking number which can be traced via the specific courier listed. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and updated.

All orders within Australia should receive their items within 1-3 working days.
All international orders should receive their items within 8-13 working days.

Over Australian public holidays, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
